Sinha Brazilian Steakhouse

I hate to write negative reviews and typically don't. But as someone who is very customer service driven and attentive, I had to share my experience in hopes the owners and/or management read this and shared it with the staff. First off, our server Allison was great and attentive so this has nothing to do with that aspect of our dining experience. Prior to our arrival, I called multiple times and spoke with the manager, Carlos, as our evening out was to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Upon our arrival we were escorted to our table with no personable service. A nice "happy anniversary" would have sufficed. Not going to write a whole page worth of negative things but the manager Carlos was made aware over the phone and in person by myself about our anniversary, as someone in leadership I would have mentioned it to the server and aknowledge it with the guest. Just saying, details and caring about your guest is key!

We met with friends at this restaurant for lunch. This spot was recommended to us by a friend. Well, we were not disappointed. we were warmly welcomed by the staff members and we felt fantastic. The meal was tasty. We loved this place very much and we shall definitely come back again. Highly recommended.
